The Mustang SVO and it’s unique double spoiler is worth mentioning here:

I made sure to show this post to my wife to score some husband-points.  Thanks!

My wife made me work with her to make this staged pic of my cat earlier this week. I couldn't help put to make a meme out of it.

This has been one of the hardest tires to describe. It is frustratingly adequate. It is a tire that does everything, but it does it in such a ‘this is ok, but not great’ manner. On an AWD car, I feel that this is one of the best choices you can make if you have to commit to only one set of wheels and tires. I use

Class of ‘98. I still remember mine because I’m still a huge D&D nerd.

Is this an evolved version of the V8 in the earlier Hyundai Genesis sedan? If so, they feel and sound great! I’d totally do a muffler-delete in one.

I don’t know if it’s possible to not hoon around an STI on snow-covered roads!

As an owner of multiple sets of Nokian Snow-tires, I will attest that they make winter driving so much less stressful and more confidence inspiring.

As a self-proclaimed tire-nerd and huge F1 fan, this was a great read! Thanks for all the info.

I actually have a very specific ranking of my odd numbers.  7 3 1 9 5. I only use 5 if I absolutely have to.

Like I mentioned before, I’ve known people with odd-number aversions. And yeah, I have OCD issues (clearly). Fortunately I don’t really project them onto anyone else and owning my issue helps me get through it. Very rarely, if ever to I project my issues onto others and I’m quite thankful for that.

I have come across a number of people who are even number obsessed but have yet to come across another ‘odd’-numbered-person. I wish I knew some numbers on this type of quirk.

I have a severe aversion to even numbers.

You’re talking about engine flooding. Basically the engine gets flooded with fuel because of a weak ignition system and/or low compression not being able to provide proper combustion. It usually happens after a short trip where the engine didn’t get up to temp yet. The deflooding procedure isn’t hard but usually

I don’t even try to explain why I love the Mazda rotary to people anymore. It’s one of those things in life where you either get it, or you don’t. I know all the drawbacks. Hell, I wrote a highly viewed article where I tell people not to buy an RX-8.

I guess I shouldn’t expect much from people who take the time to send hate-mail or love letters to journalists, but all those spelling and grammatical errors in them are as cringeworthy as their content IMO.

I’d love to see the International Race of Champions back! Bring back all the colors!

The P1800 is arguably the best looking car to come out of Scandinavia IMO. Timeless good looks.

My dad, who was a diesel mechanic and ran his own side-business auto repair out of the driveway was my biggest influence into the car world. Our kitchen table at his house (divorced parents) was constantly filled with Testors paints, glues, x-acto knives and all the other necessary equipment to build models.
