Yes. At least the fire demon was optional, but I really wanted to get the last of the lore and it was literally a the final missing thing to 100% the game with the best ending. I spent literal days on that boss, even after finishing the real final boss.

That boss isn’t half as hard as he first appears. Learn his patterns and make sure you’re using the spear for his second phase. Just wait til you hit the fire demon... Now that was a boss that made me want to throw my controller.

Quick recommendation. Stop watching the original show after 135 (Ep 136-220). There are nearly 80 episodes of non-stop filler. Honestly, what do you expect? The financial gains do not grow exponentially with the number of streamers a streaming company has. Once you get more than a few thousand people streaming hours upon hours a day, there’s no feasible way to watch every single stream at all times. The cost of hiring enough people to watch…

Play sekiro. I used to be the same way, then that game just made me 'get it' with regards to boss fights and especially difficult games like it. 

I think the Wii U was heavily marketed to the non-gamer Wii crowd, so that would make sense. This is Final Fantasy though. This has never been a series that was geared towards anyone but hardcore gamers (except maybe 13). If we couldn’t figure it out as fans, then there’s something wrong.

I’d rather them release garbage, then the community fix it either directly or indirectly, than have some of these games die with the console they were released on.

There will probably mods on the PC version for the font. And pocketstation? The code is still there. They are notorious for being lazy about removing stuff like that from their ports and the remaster is just a fresh coat of paint (which I will still buy). I was able to download a save from a PS3 and port it to the PC…
