Also fair to point out Volkswagen has a dealership problem in the US. Namely, they’re all kind of jerks and usually the only VW dealer in town.

#2: Correct transmission, but you can get one of these in good shape for $1400...
#3: Love these and values are on the rise, so this one might be worth looking at. If mostly complete it could be worth reviving.
