I don’t know. When push comes to shove, her candidates are always saying, “why did I hire you if you can’t leverage your connections.” She has some skill, but seems to have advanced based on other things. Kendall and Roman have both worked for the company, and Kendall’s probably the best at actually doing a job.

I’d like a more flexible work week, and the ability to trade shorter/ longer days for extra/fewer days.

Kendall is the smartest but he doesn’t have vision, Shiv has visions but not the business smarts and Roman has the best instincts, but his ego gets in the way of seeing things through.

She’s not really self-made, she’s been made under her Father’s wing, and is probably a good/not great political consultant. She can’t run a company though, and doesn’t really want to do the work, she just want’s the respect from Logan.

I think that Rhea’s got her number. Shiv was raised under the umbrella of all of this power and access, and truly believes that she’s earned every piece of it. She’s competent and good at her job, but she’s nowhere near Logan’s level.

But that’s the world we live in, where the US is already bloodythirsty for war with Iran, so if Iran does this, U.S. hits it with harder sanctions or war. Still don’t know what Iran would get out of this, while taking a real risk of decimation.

What’s nuts is that, if you believe in a democratic presidential victory, E. Warren is going to be in that administration in some form. So he’ll probably get the call up any after the election.

The sanctions can and will get a lot worse if Iran starts a war. And China is actually reducing the amount of oil it is buying from Iran. I don’t think you understand the present situation, which is why you are making far reaching assumptions about Iran’s allies and future plans.

Wow, so now you are talking about a full on proxy war with “winners” taking 15% of the world oil supply, and still I don’t see what Iran gains from this.  Especially as before anything gets resolved, Iran will be hit with harsher sanctions and also have to fund a costly war. 

Saying that’s how their regime works is just incorrect. They’ve for decades been a lot more subtle and a lot more thought out in their plans. Despite speaking like belligerents on the world stage, they’ve managed to avoid major wars while developing their power over the whole region.  Why blow that now?

But if that were the case, why is KSA openly saying it was Iran. That’s not something you can walk back in 3 months time when the economy sinks, and the internal leaders are clamoring for war.  Iran has to see that KSA has only been flexing more of their military might in the region, so to think they could attack KSA…
