Sure, that may be true but I have never gotten the feeling they are trying to mislead viewers by what the share in interviews. Not like I do with Lindelof.

The producers have been coy and shy about certain details and not about this. Why is that so hard to understand? Tying this into the original movie would be stupid at this point. The original movie was just about robots breaking down and killing people (and Chricton's proto-Jurassic Park) The show is about the birth

From his immature stance on nudity in the show I am a firm believer that the reviewer is VERY young. He has probably never seen the movie and he might not even know it exists.

Go back and watch the first episode again. They discuss why things are this way in the lower levels. Yes it is a hazard, but that is part of the point. They don't go down there anymore. It is no longer needed.

The producers have said time and time again, the hosts are the main POV characters, not the guests. Dolores is the focal point, William is just her sidekick.

A. Yes I saw thw gunslinger. Again, the producers have stated that this was just an homage. There IS NO DIRECT TIES to the original movie.
B. There can be any number of reasons why the lower floors are left in such disrepair. Why spend money on fixing them when you don't use them at all. This kind of shit happens in

For me though, the two time period line of thought has little to do with if Ed Harris is the older version of any character. But more that Dolores is the focal point of the two time periods. Everything she is seen doing along side William she is doing again on her own at a later time. More than likely at the same time

Well sure, but that could still be considered a isolated incident. Elise also mentioned it was an abandoned part of the park so there wasn't even any hosts around. She had nothing to be afraid of.

The show has defintley done some great soundtrack work. Ramin Djawadi knocks out some amazing stuff and the guy who is helps find all the covers used is great too. Not sure if you are familiar with the original film at all, but when Bernard goes to the sublevels (and we see Yul Brenners robot in the background) the

joy of living in seattle: Cinerama
Its the best ride in town. ATMOS sound, laser projector (for digital stuff) and the old 70mm projector for classics. Beer and wine plus assigned seats.
I honestly hate going anywhere else now. Even with paying premium prices at matinee.

"You think I'd let you take it from me"

I had a chance to see Aliens in 70mm a few months ago. An amazing experience. Well worth a revisit.

Exactly. Nothing bad has happened in the park in over 30 years. It is as safe as going to grandma's for sunday dinner. Part of that complacency for sure is part of the plot but agreed, nothing Elise has done is betraying that.

1. The original film has no ties to the show story wise. The show is just an adaptation of the original work (with little nods here and there as homage)
2. The producers have said early on they decided to settle on just one park for budgetary reasons. This also allows them to keep the narrative tighter and more

Oh yes. Has made communicating about this show so much less agnsty. Like the commenters who just want to come and complain about how much they hate the show and it sucks (yet still continue to watch) Never having to see them is lovely.

Oh yah, I remember that now. Totally did not sink in to my brain. Thanks for the reminder. Might be an interesting angle in the future. The world out of the park is supposed to be free of diseases and such. I can see new infections that only exist in the hosts (due to their synthetic nature) jumping to humans and

"You can find much, much worse nitpickers in the other comments." so true. You should see the size of my block list. :)

Man, how do you guys enjoy any kind of scifi?

"We know that the hosts can get staph infections." We do? Want to explain where you got that from?
