Seems that way. Going the Blade Runner "more human than human" route. The conversations between Maeve and Felix seem to have cemented that. Only difference is the processing power of the hosts' brain is vastly more than a humans.

Here is the shot I saw. Creepy Logan. http://i.imgur.com/uuEwZqg.jpg
I would imagine the same milky white as we have seen. The substance there is then coded to have a darker skin pigmentation. The "blood" merely activates those cells into "living" and they change into what they are supposed to be.
That is some speculation. That has never been mentioned in an episode.
#7 Logan was in the trailer last week (they have all been showing stuff from future episodes, not always the next one) and it looks like he catches back up with W and D.
That question was asked of the producers and they said ep 8 will answer that question.
Remember, if we are to believe what we have been told, Ford and Arnold came to differences over what the park should be. Perhaps this higher level of intelligence is just part of the system and it needs to be there to function, but the park keeps them low for a reason.
The music used in that scene was also from the film. An excellent homage and easter egg.
"Everything about that plotline was very hackneyed." Which the way the show does other things along these lines I expect it to be some one familiar and nice just fooling around on the reveal next week.
Artistically they work because the show is primarily supposed to be from the hosts POV. So the way those scenes were shot with Lawrence make perfect sense.
Why would they have any reason to track Maeve at that point? And we have seen techs walking the hosts around the complex before. Nothing extraordinary about Maeve's walk through from other staff's POV.
"I wasn't sure if the chats were post-action, but the fainting when she
was "called" in the parade scene lent itself to meeting at the time of
the events."
It was Dolores and Ford last week, but yes. That did seem a bit weird that she would disappear from William and Logan and come back in the morning and William wasn't worried about her? That to me was a clue to the dual time periods. When she got picked up by Ford to have a chat, that was in the present time period…
For me, Lawrence's "age" look has nothing to do with it. It is more of mannerisms and how he presents himself. As MIB first said to him "you were much more eloquent when I first met you" The Lawrence with William definitely seems more together and "on the ball" than the one MIB carts around.
I've found myself just jumping straight to the comments more and more on these reviews. Us fans have a much more mature and interesting approach to the show than this review seems to have.
Oh I did and I agree. Just tossing out the idea of dual leadership in the uprising coming at it from different angles is all. Wasn't trying to be dismissive of your point, just adding in the thought of them together.
I work in QA finding bugs and problems in games. I couldn't program anything to save my life, yet I know what developers are talking about. I see nothing wrong with the level of knowledge these "butchers" have.
Why not both of them together? It was Dolores who gave the "violent ends" virus to Maeve to open up her self discovery path. Nothing wrong with Maeve coming back into the park with this new knowledge and teaming up. It's clear that Dolores is already breaking something with her being able to lie to Ford. She probably…
Producers have confirmed ep 8 will cover this reasoning.
Guests know it gets crazier out side the center of the park. Guests also have a safe word to use that can be triggered if it gets to be to much. As for accidental death, the wavier you sign to get in the park accepts that this may happen.
