Rodgers was pretty normal (at least publicly) for the vast majority of his career. The crazy side of him started to manifest during the pandemic. Who knows what personality / beliefs Jordan Love or any of these famous athletes truly have.

I don’t drink soda with nearly the frequency I used to but I still like to have it occasionally. The combination of sugar and carbonation tastes good and I think of it like a treat to have a few times a week - same as a candy bar or another type of dessert.

Based on this article, she isn’t actually one of the most powerful heroes in the world. She’s possessed by the Phoenix Force, which is an entity on its own, and that allows her to be as powerful as the previous hosts of the Phoenix Force. And there’s really not a very high chance this storyline happens in the MCU, at

What If’s second season is over already? I thought it just dropped last week...

Both my dad and uncle take Ozempic and they have definitely lost weight recently, mostly because their appetites are near gone. At Thanksgiving, my uncle spent the majority of the day prepping and cooking the meal with my aunt, filled his plate along with everyone else, and took two bites and pushed it aside. He used

Gypsy was a far more sympathetic defendent between the two and Godejohn faced the more serious charges as well. I don’t know that Godejohn deserves life in prison without parole but he wasn’t the one who had suffered years and years of abuse and he was also the one who actually carried out the murder.

I don’t know what kind of evidence her defense presented during her trial, but reading about the case earlier today, I can’t imagine voting to convict had I been on the jury.

IMO the reason Dot doesn’t confide in the authorities directly is because she clearly doesn’t trust them as a whole. How could she when her abuser is a sheriff who blatently abuses his power yet faces little to no consequences for it? A sheriff who was able to almost immediately locate her the moment she got booked in

I have a friend who did a chargeback with Valve after they claimed to deliver a steam deck that he never signed for / never arrived and refused to help in any way (UPS also refused to help as they said Valve’s arrangement with them was to handle delivery issues themselves). His account was banned a few days later and

There are aspects of Man of Steel I liked. The entire opening sequence on Krypton was great and the idea of having an unsure Superman trying to figure out which of his father’s to listen to on paper is great. But they really botched Jonathan Kent IMO. And I thought Zod was as boring and uninspiring of a villain choice

How can people hate peppermint and chocolate combined? I made a trek to Jimmy John’s for the first time in years just to try their peppermint chocolate cookie. It’s the best flavor of the season IMO.

He’s shown to be a professor at NYU on several occasions - he even dates one of his students for a few episodes.

I’m not saying we should ignore them - I’m saying they are going to believe whatever they believe regardless of whether a fictional show is created or not. If they don’t take the wrong message from this, they’ll take it from something else because they’ve already made up their mind on what they believe. So why cancel

I get how Chandler would make a lot of money as he’s shown to be fairly senior at his company but how would Ross? He’s a paleontologist / professor.

Why do people speak in generalistic ways about a huge population of people that has been as split on political and economic views as possible for the past decade or so? It’s so lazy to associate everything you dislike about one given example of a country or culture to everyone as a whole and it gives people you

“Zack is trying to do something very different here that really hasn’t been done in a long time. This isn’t an IP. This is an original story. It’s being created by hundreds, if not thousands of technicians. That’s a really bold thing.”

My guess is they’re going to kill Lars off in a way that plays his joke partially or mostly for laughs - similar to Brad Pitt’s character getting killed in Burn After Reading. And thus they didn’t want to make him a very likable or redeemable character. But still think he’s way too outlandish.

Yea I am honestly surprised by this pretty OK sounding review as I had the same reaction to the trailer.

I’ve had Shake Shack a few times (had it before it came to my state as I travel for work often) and always thought it was a bit overrated. The burgers are fine but I really dislike their fries. Maybe I am spoiled by Culver’s which I think is superior in every way.
