I don’t know. At the end of Rogue Nation, Lane is captured and Ethan is reinstated. It worked as a movie on its own and if we never saw Lane again, it would have been fine. He wasn’t the primary antagonist of Fallout and they could have reworked that movie to not have him and likely it would have been just as

This seems pretty simple to me. JCVD isn’t a star anymore and he was never a particularly good actor. Would have been fine as a cameo but no chance he makes as much sense as Cena or any of the other names mentioned nowadays.

The decision to kill off Ilsa was so stunningly bad that I have to believe that either a) her death is a fakeout that will be revealed in Part 2 as a part of a bigger plan Ethan has or b) the actress wanted out or couldn’t commit to both parts. If they truly just killed her to make Esai Morales more convincing as a

Honestly the game is relatively easy if you have played Mario games before (at least so far) that I don’t know this will ever be an issue. I have always had 10+ lives since beginning the game through the third world.

I was pretty disappointed by the first part. I don’t think the writers justified splitting the story into two parts nor did they do a good job establishing the new villain.

He would make far more enemies if he criticized Taylor Swift than he ever did with superhero movies.

Case in point: remember how everyone used to insist that there were so many cool stories that could be told about Obi-Wan or Han or Boba Fett without Luke around to Skywalker the place up? Remember how those all worked out? Is anyone here really going to sincerely try and claim that Obi Wan Kenobi or Solo: A Star

Slow does not mean cheap. Slow means you’re paying for a development team for a longer period of time as well as all the overhead that goes with that.

Personally I think the producers do want contestants like Holzhauer, no matter what they say. Because more people tune in when someone is on a long streak or making more money than anyone has before. I barely watch Jeopardy myself these days but I tuned in every night when I heard about him winning over $100k in a

Catch Me If You Can is probably my most rewatched Leo movie as it is a lot of fun (and Tom Hanks is great in it too). Maybe not his best performance as an actor though so guess it depends on what the list is judging.

Give yourself a challenge and push the difficulty up to Amazing

I’ll take pictures of my food if the presentation is crazy. Otherwise, agree with her on that point. I do not agree on not washing carrots or ranch though.

    “That’s a lovely, lovely voice.” - Bane.

That is a shame but was personally really disappointed by S2 too.

Who is the “we” here? I grew up with traditional TV. We did have VCRs but it was before DVRs and OnDemand took effect and it sucked. You either had to remember to record something and fiddle around with the controls for that or arrange your entire schedule around watching something.

I agree with parts of what you say but scores aren’t meaningless - people don’t have infinite time to read reviews and scores / rankings allow them to focus on a couple of places. The best system would be a site which has scores and reviews only by proven helpful people. Or at least, the review they show publicly is

This doesn’t seem like a great idea. The problem with Yelp isn’t that they have negative reviews, it’s that they can’t control customers leaving reviews that are useless to other people. That can be as true for good reviews as with bad.

I think Spider-Man games can get away with an 8 or 9 out of 10 without changing much because a) the web swinging / combat is so much fun and b) the games have always been story-driven and a great new story justifies playing a sequel without much change to the gameplay (which again, is already pretty great).

Having been to Japan a few times, I have seen people clean up trash they didn’t throw onto the ground and leave areas they spend time in spotless when they leave. Don’t think there is any chance of convincing people that culturally inclined to not leave a mess that peanut shells are OK.

There are plenty of actors who have surprised and transitioned well as adult actors. Like who would have thought Robert Pattinson would have the type of career he has had after Twilight? And I think MBB has shown she can do well with other material - Enola Holmes was enjoyable and she plays a character that may as
