    Well now you have.

Hulu is what makes that package worth it for me IMO. D+ doesn’t have much new content and the new content it has had has mostly been disappointing (don’t have kids, I can see how D+ would be worth it with kids though). ESPN+ is fine for occasional live sports but not something I would have bothered paying for was it

Not much? Disney+ still has a ton of subscribers and the loss they had was due to losing cricket rights (and thus a lot of people from Asia).

I have a lot of friends with young kids and they rewatch the same shows 100-200x because that’s all their kids want to watch. So this isn’t that surprising.

I binged S1 after seeing all the hype about the twist and thought it worked well when watched that way. Still the weakest season overall of the show and I can also imagine waiting a week between episodes where next to nothing is happening would be frustrating.

Have been saying this for a long time - the problem with the MCU is they’re trying to do way too much now. They have setups for so many different teams and events started that it’s inevitable that some will get delayed for a long time or forgotten altogether. Like one of the complaints here is Hawkeye doesn’t connect

I found this pretty disappointing outside of Ezra’s live-action debut. Agree that the planet and its inhabitants were lackluster (and further agree with others here that the red bandits acted and sounded like tusken raiders) and Thrawn’s first appearance was also a bit lackluster. I hope they spend time in the next

More than likely they’re not going to resolve everything in this show and the big conflict will be in the Filoni movie that Disney has greenlit.

Yea that is an insane amount of sugar. And it tells me their product really isn’t that good if they have to overload it with 2-4x as much sugar as their competitors.

She approaches him but there is no indication she kills him. That was a setup to another movie IMO.

Why do that thought? Wick’s story, as a character, is pretty much exhausted. Maybe they will want to do a prequel that shows all of the things they’ve already hinted at and need a younger actor, but I feel like that would be a soulless effort that would add little to nothing to the movies already made.

They set up multiple characters to continue the series, most notably Donnie Yen’s Caine. Let Keanu retire from the franchise after whatever cameo he has in Ballerina and move on.

I’m in same boat. On many work nights, I have to force myself to take a break between 7-8 pm to make dinner or go pick something up from a restaurant.

I had the same thought and I also can kind of understand why no one wanted to work with this producer if she’s out here taking shots at people because they didn’t spend time to make her documentary better.

Saying Netflix should pay artificially more than something is worth makes no sense to me. Netflix should pay whatever the fair market rate for the shows are to the producers. For popular shows like The Office, we know that can get into the nine-figures. And then the producers of the show that get that money should

That’s a shame - one of the few games that captured my attention so deeply that I couldn’t stop playing it until I was done. And thus also one of the few games I wanted more of. But plenty to play this Fall.

I mean it was just that - the developers have said they intended TotK to be DLC but it got so large that they made it a game on its own.

Genuine question - for licensed content, shouldn’t it be whoever owns the right to the show that is paying the actors residuals from whatever licensing fees they collect from Netflix or Hulu or whoever? I don’t really understand the concept of Netflix themselves paying actors they never hired for shows they bought

Never got into the anime but really enjoyed first two episodes I’ve seen of this show. Seems like Netflix finally nailed one as this show seems to be getting a lot of hype and good word of mouth online. Will be interesting to see what viewership looks like when they release their next week top-ten list. First week was

Was the same at UofM in the early 2000s if you got a meal plan. You could eat at any of the dorm cafeterias, a couple of food courts with chain restaurants, or some of the dorms had late night food stands with bar food as well. I ate a lot of Subway at the time because you could get a fairly cheap sub with loads of
