How do you get to “finnicky eater” from this article? Serving people good food and varied cuisines doesn’t make finnicky eaters in my experience.

I wasn’t that excited for this game when it was first revealed but the Direct got me there - looks like there is the same breadth of varied gameplay as in Odyssey but with a 2D Mario game. And there is co-op / online play.

It’s part of the first episode. He went there and shot a bunch of footage but the festival organizers wouldn’t sign releases to let him use it because they had given exclusive documentary rights to someone else.

Yea the show just wasn’t very funny and I also thought the initial setup was bad. The majority of the characters barely knew each other at the time of the pilot so it often felt like watching strangers pretending to be best friends.

Because the worst thing that can happen is the audience feels, when they see Walt, “Man, you guys put us through all this just to get to that?”

Henry Sugar was one of my favorite short stories a kid and Anderson seems perfect to direct it. Excited for that.

That’s a relatively recent development and it seems primarily due to the investment in streaming. Prior to COVID-19, Disney made as much operating income from their media networks and studio entertainment as they did from parks. Now they’re making 60% less in that segment while losing $4B a year on their direct to

He would have gotten another spin if he got to a 100 though.

Hustle was excellent. I think anything semi-serious he does is really good, it’s his movies that are obviously excuses for him and his friends to have fun and / or go on vacation that kind of suck. Can’t fault him for taking a bag of money and using it to have fun though.

It makes sense and it sucks you have those issues. But to me, feeling old is about being wistful about a time that has passed you by. That could be a few years ago or it could be decades ago.

This version of Thrawn is already established from Rebels and he is most definitely an evil asshole.

I agree and posted something similar to a comment here. People confuse feeling old with being old. Feeling old is just about realizing how different your life is.

As someone in their 30s, I do feel old compared to where I was a decade ago. Back then, only one of my friends was married and no one had kids or were even thinking about having them. It was normal to see everyone important to me often and the things I worried about seem so small compared to now.

Never how I’ve played - a standard shot is 1.5 oz. Seems odd to play with less than a standard shot to me.

I feel like I developed a pretty high tolerance for alcohol in college but a proper happy hour with light beer fucked me up just fine. That’s 7.5 beers in one hour if you’re doing it right.

So Grand Rapids? Or a smaller city?

Marsden says that being on Jury Duty was the closest he’s ever come to method acting

GotG3 was a definite hit, critically and financially. But the other three you’re describing were movings that collectively cost $650m to produce that grossed $1.5B combined and received mediocre reviews (6.1/10 on average per RT). Don’t think Disney themselves are happy with movies that are basically breaking even or

Even if studios don’t care about AI right now, they know the WGA does because they’ve publicly rallied against it. And it’s a negotiating tactic to pretend you care about something you really don’t so you can concede on it later and use it as proof that you’re negotiating in good faith.

Ahsoka in the series is considerably older than the character was in Clone Wars. She was more subdued in Rebels compared to Clone Wars and this takes place even further after that. Her being more hardened and serious could very well be a character development decision and one that really makes sense given her age and
