Could this whole Caution Clock thing also be an experiment for stuffing more TV commercials in during a race?

Yes. It was gorgeous in person. So, so clean.

I tried to keep it off the plastics as best I could. Luckily I avoided any discoloration.

I’d agree with the Amazon reviews, but I think they’re a bit exaggerated. The cap is certainly a little weak, but it’ll get the job done without a problem. Also, don’t buy it on Amazon. My auto parts store had it for $6 or $7. Read more

Yeah a tougher brush might be helpful for really tough spots, but I’d hesitate to go too much more aggressive for fear of tearing up the carpet.

In its defense, it’s got a surprising amount of cargo capacity.

There was a prototype at this auto show. It looks the part too.

That's a great point. That '69 Z/28 had to feel like an absolute monster in its day. Read more

More power, more comfort, and magnetic ride control for $20,000 less. Sure seems like a better overall bet on paper.

Driving a Camaro SS around tight urban streets was a nightmare. Rear visibility is horrendous.

The removal of those weirdly placed plastic gauges in the center of dash by the shifter and the addition of alcantara everywhere (that alcantara shifter feels sooo good) went a long way for me. I don't know, I just really don't like the stock Camaro's interior. Read more

Fair point. You're certainly not getting those with a C7.

Yep. But it seems like ordering those kind of ruins the super stripper Camaro feel.

Agreed. The C7 is more of a first or second car. The Z/28 is more fourth or fifth.

The Z06 was up on a big rotating pedestal so you couldn't get close. Most of the other big ones were just kind of "don't touch me" roped off. But the Z/28 was open and unlocked.

It was better than I expected (and way better than the STL show). Z06, Hellcat, Z/28, i8, new F-150, & the Alfa 4C all made an appearance.
