1983 My first car is a 1976 Capri V6 4spd MT. I bought it for $1200. Had sold my moped and saved my money from working in a Deli all through HS. Dad kicked in a couple hundred as I was just shy of my goal. Proceeded to paint the Rally Cat stripes on it and installed a free flow Monza exhaust which deleted the rear…
My first ever encounter with ABS and snow was back in 93 with my then new Passat. I’d been driving for well over 10yrs in the Northeast and was an avid skier who regularly went to VT with dedicated snows on my GTi or my Audi GT and regularly snow plowed as a side hustle. But by this time with the Passat, I didn’t have…
well played... star for you
Don’t forget the Libs started this fire so that the red mist could be used to further indoctrinate...
A lot of older airplane hangars utilize PFAS based chemicals as part of the foam fire suppression systems. It’s being phased out.
The interior is totally on brand with what I imagine many a Cybertruck owner would dream of. The exterior is an absolute mess. My first year Arch student daughter could design better. Hell, I’m a self loathing Architect and I couldn’t design that home that way on my worst day. It’s like they used an etch a sketch…
Back in the day we all wanted to ride one of these. I recall that they were popular enough to be in Bond’s “Diamonds are Forever” both by the bad guys and then by James himself. .

Those vehicles with 2 wheels up front and one trailing actually seem inherently fun and not in a “oh shit I’m gonna tip over way”. BTW, as a motorcycle rider, every time I see a Harley or Goldwing Trike I…
I think the 7 is less egregious because it combines chrome and black vs some of the other models with all black.
Yeah, I can see that.
Came here to say “Cybertruck” too. Can’t go away soon enough.
Came here to say the same. He escaped his loss by hitting the road solo on this. I’ve always found riding to be a way to mentally parse through life’s issues. You can’t do deep focus on them because you need to focus on the riding, but you can boil your problems down to manageable bites and digest them.
Holy crap I’ve been around too long! I can check almost all those boxes:
Thanks for including mine! Already bought the actuators, been scanning spots in New England for my MC ride.
As a current owner of a 2009 S5 with the 6spd MT who has been trying to sell mine, I will tell you that is an excellent price. The 6cyl is more tuneable and can pump out some serious numbers pretty quickly vs my V8 which would need to be supercharged to make any significant bump in HP. I prefer my V8 which was why I…
