I work in the Aviation field and just posted this up to my company to purchase for us... Not sure it’ll go anywhere but hey, why not? Another service we can offer to the airports.

To me its clear that Red Bull is not a model of how to manage/run a team. Not that they don’t have talent, but that they concentrate or lean into that talent too hard. When you look at the other teams such as Mercedes, Ferrari in the MS years, McLaren this year, you see a cohesive team that cares about all its pieces…
Certainly not my glass of Dubonnet on ice, but at that price for the person wanting his father’s old car, its just right.
I consider driving a privilege not a right. Unfortunately most state DMV’s treat it the opposite and have driving exams/tests that are laughable in most other European countries. So we have some of the worst drivers who can’t even be bothered to actually stop at stop sign, use a turn signal and have no highway lane…
I got my first comm back in 1990.
Brera’s were sold in Canada?
Oh yeah for sure. Anything that wasn’t ‘merican was garbage. Mid 80's I worked in an autobody shop for about a year and discovered the biggest pieces of crap to work on were malaise and 80's American cars. Build quality, mainly tolerances were abysmal. There were factory shims on doors, fenders and hood hinges, yet…
This has been on our NYC local news a lot. I’m going to bet that it is likely military in nature and that’s why we aren’t getting any answers. All the sitings are within spitting distance of Military installations so if it aint a threat to them then it is them.
I assume you know that the red and green are nav lights like planes/boats have. I am intrigued by you saying you can’t catch them with your drone.
That’s true. I’d opt for the GTV as I like coupes better. EuroAsian Bob had a really nice one a couple months ago.
No, the chilly Northeast NYC area.
Funny enough, I was at the dealer this AM dropping our CX9 off and they had a nice 3 AWD Turbo in a Zircon Sand with Terracotta interior. That autotrader one is a pretty good deal.
Agree, but since she’s going to Westchester where snow can be an issue, I’d lean into a newer CX30 (beautiful styling too, fast with the Turbo and of course AWD) or a Gran Touring CX3 which will have AWD too and may be cheaper.
“1974 Fiat X-1/9 fastest car around.” Buddy had one and swore this statement was true. Even in 1983 when he said this, I knew this was BS. Years later I had a 1979 X of my own and I can say emphatically it was NOT the fastest car around. It could certainly outhandle a lot of aging muscle cars but the minute the road…
Way back in the early 80's when I got my DL, that adage of “I’m safer in a big American piece of Iron then driving a rice box” was still very prevalent. My neighbors were like that (a string of Buick 225 Electras laid testament to that) Granted the law of masses BUT, my (euro orphan) 76 Capri could out handle/brake…
I suspect you are more in the “lucky” camp since Ford is eating a lot of cost to replace those parts when they fail.
I was visiting family in UK back in 2000ish and stopped by an Alfa Dealer. Sat in one of the Brera’s on the showroom floor and just started drooling... Couple other trips over there and I’ve seen them on the road too and they’re still gorgeous cars.
My first thought was an Alfa Romeo Brera, but it only debuted at Geneva in 2002...so close.
Gen X’r totally agreeing with you EXCEPT on the E Type coupe. If you are trying to reverse engineer to keep prices more approachable I applaud you, but design wise I’ve always thought the coupes were gorgeous. And here’s my blasphemous statement: “Certainly far better looking than the convertibles when they’ve got…
Temerian from Curated probably already knew the VIN on the Lambo...
