I can agree with that for sure! Some BC wine is shit, but there really are some great wine, but as this article proves, to each his or her own!

That’s really surprising to me because it’s quite a nice wine. Quite a few high end restaurants in Vancouver serve it (which is how we came to try it). Mind you, it’s more like $42 in a restaurant which I guess is on the lower end for wine at high end restaurants. Bizarre!

That’s so odd! I don’t know how they come up with the pricing for wine up here. This is why I stick to local wines (also BC VQA is awesome) and also I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off (sometimes?).
