Are used cars just expensive in the US? Here that would be a £1000 car at most.

So I bought this E500 instead of a new camry based on a post by this one guy who said it was super easy to maintain a Mercedes and I was a sucker for buying Camry. Anyways....it had a creaking noise when the steering wheel was turned so I hit up the local MB forums where these rich doodz told me I needed to get a

I wonder if part of the reason I like the car so much, though, is that it’s not one of my heroes. I had low expectations and they were exceeded. If I’d had high expectations, maybe I would be disappointed.

How is this even a question?

Im not sure youd feel much torque steer in a car this heavy with 205hp. Anybody that pays 14k for this shiny turd is out they damn mind!

This is worth $14,000 to somebody. And it certainly is in nice shape, for what it's worth, considering the era from which this hails. I'll even go so far as to admit I harbor an inexplicable like for the Grand Prix's W-Body (GM-1o) platform-mate, the Lumina, particularly from 90-94. I had a 93 Euro 3.1 and loved it.

We had this little old lady come in wanting to buy a cheap car to get to to and from the soup kitchen she volunteered at. We got her into a brand new corvette with a 10-year payments at 14%

Oh, dear.... that fellow just isn’t the right *sort* of person we’d want driving a motorcar of such a high calibre as a Jag-you-ahh...

it proves that the chances of death at the hands of police, in the “police state” is much lower than the land of the free*

GM Ecotech 1.4L turbo.
You want those 140 horses? Better get it about 3500 rpm!
But many cars that use the motor are geared for fuel economy and thus stay below 2500rpm 90% of the time. Example, Chevy Cruze and Spark.
Don’t get me wrong, I own a Cruze Eco with the 1.4L turbo and a 6 speed, I love driving that car, but

You clearly drive a car without much torque. If I had 650ft-lbs, you'd never catch me sitting in a folding chair.

Latest reports from the crash seem to indicate that the cause of the accident were tire pressures that were found to be .075 lower than the manufacturer recommended.
