We’ve got a leased BEV, an i3, it just makes sense to only lease them at the moment with the rapid pace of development in the sector and terrifying depreciation on them!

It’s apparently a pretty common thing to do, these shoots are done way before production starts, so they just build some good looking ones with nice paint and panel gaps and use them to do promo shots.

Funny you should use that picture Kirsten!

Funny you should use that picture Kirsten!

“Dell created this in the 1990's” lol, erm no Dell did not come up with this, it was the Japanese a long time before that!!!

It sounds awfully like when I click my i3 from “comfort” (so normal) to EcoPro mode, or am I missing something??

Was the fact she is a lesbian something that somehow has a bearing on her working on Volvo interiors, I’m just confused as to why it was necessary to state her sexual orientation?

My god what are those 2 ancient looking sticks\levers coming out of the floor for, I thought this was an all new 2018 model!?!?!

Sorry but that wiring in the engine bay AND manual windows, what do you think I am, some sort of heathen, CP!

As it’s badged as a Vauxhall Astra I shall have to value it as one. A 9 year old Astra 1.8 3dr with 110k on the clock is worth about 1500 quid. Massive CP!

How is this even a question, a perfectly serviceable Sunchaser for 2.5k can not be anything other than NP!

Fixed it for you!

More than likely the UK, there used to be shit loads of Eunos Roadsters (what the NA Miata\MX5 was called in Japan) here, I knew 3 people with them.

I have only ever seen one of these in the flesh, a white one, about a year ago on the M62 heading east towards Manchester (in the middle lane!), I was in my Abarth going about 70(ish) and I flew past it like it was standing still. It wasn’t until I was level with it that I realised what it was.

God really? All the cars I have bought from a dealer made sure I have everything in place before handing the cars to me.

Erm it is illegal to drive a car in the UK without it being insured and dealers won’t let leave with a new car without taxing it first, which requires it to be insured so not sure how this would work?

I drove behind one on Saturday for a whole 6 miles and it didn’t blow up once (I can’t say if any warning lights were on, there was probably a least a couple!).

Yeah I think a plugin hybrid will work well for me, looking at the figures a Golf GTE looks to have pretty much the same performance as the Leon with it’s 1.8tsi, plus we already have a 32amp home charger for the i3. TBH the i3 is meeting most of longer distance trips, my parents and brother live about 65 miles away

I understand what you are saying, we have an EV (i3) BUT we also have a “gas” car, a SEAT Leon 1.8tsi, only by having the gas car as well meant I was comfortable letting my partner get the EV, we have the best of both worlds!

Oh I like that, wait no flappy paddle gearbox option on a new “hot hatch” aint interested!
