Not "closed minded..." just a little uninformed. Just b/c the day ends after 7 hours, doesn't mean that our jobs are done. Lesson plans, grading, research, counseling, extra help...I know that our day is 10-12 hours Mon-Fri then "homework" after we get home and on the weekends and "vacations."

Indeed! Scully may be the BEST of all time. I have fallen asleep many a night listening to Dodgers games via the MLB app. I am so very glad that I have had the chance to listen to him call games.

This is why baseball is the greatest sport in the US. Brilliantly done, Royals. As a Red Sox fan, I remember when Ned Martin died. Jerry Remy lost it in the booth during the broadcast. I wish the Sox had done something similar then. Rest in Peace, Fred. You will be missed.
