I clicked the article cause it was a “review”...

Man, it’d be a shame if in the next paragraph I said something like

You think maybe “the gamers are upset” because this is advertised as a game review, but is actually a clickbait title and amateurish blog post?

Yeah, articles like this have a place on Kotaku, just not as *reviews*.

There’s a way to post about this game that you personally love without resorting to a ridiculous clickbait title intended to garner reaction.

I appreciate this as a good bit of writing. But with respect:

“Take Control” slaps so hard, it could beat Vasily Kamotsky in a Russian slap-fight.

Control is a masterpiece and I usually don’t like Metroidvania style games. And the only tip you need to survive the game is your telekinetic throw is what makes the game so fun and your character so powerful. Especially at the final upgrade when she can hover three items and fire them all off at once. If the X-files

I think the best thing about the 3DS remakes is that they updated the graphics, but not that much. They look like what my memory tells me 64 games looked like when I first played them.

If the argument is that tipping improves customer service, then it doesn’t matter what their business model is.

Restaurants would just increase prices”

Except that actual increase in cost is negligible, or perhaps even LOWER than the US.

Here’s what a Big Mac costs all over the world:

Tipping is implement to make the bosses not pay them a living wage as a means of begging in the service industry, it’s trash garbage just like opinions on it

As someone else here put it, that’s just holding their wage hostage. Which is bullshit.

You’re not supposed to tip. That’s exactly the problem.

not everyone tips like they’re supposed to
