He fucking started the Latino Law Review at Harvard. Crazy, right? I have a relative who was the president shortly after he left and I still find it funny that she, a lawyer who does a lot of pro-bono work defending undocumented immigrants (she was on the team that sued sheriff Arpiao), and him, a xenophobic,

Hum, that's how I've always felt about South Pasadena. I mean, people go and flee to Irvine actually "flee" to Irvine, whereas as South Pasadena has always felt like an insular bubble filled with people who didn't want to leave Los Angeles, but weren't going to live with the poors or browns.

Actually, yes. I went to a all-boys catholic school in L.A. and we had several openly gay teachers and one brother on campus. Our sister school had two gay men teaching there who were in a long-term relationship with each other for over a decade. When one of the other schools fired an openly gay teacher after he got

Yea, that was what I was hinting at when I mentioned menswear vs. womenswear. High-end men's fashion is based off of completely different buying habits. It's assumed that the customer buys items as investment pieces, doesn't care about trends or the "it" piece, won't buy on impulse, and will build a wardrobe over

I have an epi wallet and never had a single person look twice at it. It's not that I'm super into the notion of discrete luxury, (which can be about as bullshit as conspicuous luxury) I just really like the way it looks.

It's the marriage of aspiration and quality. I'm not saying price/name = quality, but there are certian brands that make very high-quality leather goods that will last you a lifetime. Of course, if you invested the same care for a bag that costs a tenth of the price, it would probably just as long.

Running with scissors - terrible film, but she was a bright spot in it.

Just wait, your next.

Today in the lunch line, white girl to black girl who I'm sure are freshman and just acquaintances—
White girl (affecting an accent): Hey girl, what you eating fried chicken?
Black girl : No, a burrito.
W: What? Every time I've see you, you been eating chicken.
B: No
W: Girl, don't be lying. You love that fried chicken.

I just think you're not being critical. That or you don't care.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with the OP. Catholics are known to place an extremely strong emphasis on higher education than other denominations.

I'm almost certain that a third of the black students at Cal are international students or first-generation Americans. Not surprisingly, half of the remaining population are either athletic recruits or community college transfers.

It's racism. UC Berkeley is >3% black, and yet there are dozens of fraternities and sororities with black pledges who recieve bids. Granted there's still a few of them that are pretty all-white or have a well-known history of racism.

It already exists and commands a sizable portion of the gay-porn industry.

My university's housing offer for a shared double in the dorms this year was $1950 a month. Even if you subtract the meal plan, that's $1700 to live in an outdated shoebox far away from everything.

I think he meant two people cohabiting (though, maybe I'm being too generous).
If it's too that point, I do think there is a big difference between co-parenting and rasing a child while being in a relationship.

It's a public library, as in for their residents. I might be wrong. Though, I know for sure they charge for the parks, so I wouldn't put it pass them.
