Two words, Spring Break. As in, there was a break. During which, students were not attending classes and faculty was not teaching them.

Who was she supposed to return it to during Spring Break, which is when the 5 days in question took place. When my university has spring break, custodians are also off. As are most faculty.

Doesn’t this say that the 5 days were during spring break? If so, she would be unlikely to have been working during that time. Most faculty were not working, etc. It’s a 5 day break. Doesn’t seem sketchy to me. The money was all there.

Homes health aides and caregivers are the most underpayed workers there are, really. And their job is EXTREMELY difficult. The AGENCY may charge a lot, but the caregivers themselves make shockingly little, and often get treated like absolute shit.
