Not having to do things a second time is a luxury in and of itself. I had to do all four motor and transmission mounts on my 21 year-old, 190k mile Honda. I bought the OEM parts instead of the (drasically) less expensive parts store specials because I don’t want to touch those mounts again until it becomes a 42…
Came here to say exactly this. 550 ft*lbs/s is 1 HP. In other words, the amount of torque exerted over a specified amount of time.
Potholes and concrete buckles come fast on I-75, even at 70. I can’t imagine at 180.
I recommend his “journey” videos. Took a $5000 Rolls Royce to the Arctic Circle, took his Testarossa to the Sahara. He’s a cool car guy and knows what he’s talking about.
There are several in the UK going for under 500 GBP. That is the definition of a song, folks.
The unfortunate thing is, a lot of people will get sick. I totally agree on your statement about the vaccination though. It’s not like the flu vaccine prevents the however many million of flu cases per year, but it also has been around for a century or more and it’s generally predictable.

Just those four listed sound like a very solid collection and the Tuna is, by far, the most contemporary of them. I’m with you on the tool-watch train. I’ve got a Seiko SKX that I abuse with very little remorse, it’s my go-to when I work on cars, ride my bike, or have to do anything where dirt or grime are involved.…

The only “mechanical” movement that could hang with the quartz is the Grand Seiko Spring Drive, which is a mechanical movement regulated by a quartz movement.
The Cadillac will probably hold value or appreciate but watches, even $270k watches, drop like a rock after they’re preowned. Example - another Jacob & Co. artpiece, the Astronomia Tourbillon has a retail price of $550k. Here’s a link to a preowned example. If you don’t feel like clicking, here’s the long and the…
Nope. My personal opinion is watch design peaked in the late ‘50s to mid ‘60s. Most modern avant garde designs today are garish, incohesive and frankly suck at doing what watches should do: tell the time.
I still feel kinda bad for steering us wrong on a couple questions
That is the best front plate
So my team getting 36 points wasn’t that horrible! This was a seriously fun time.
There was a thrashed first gen Cayenne for sale in Atlanta for under $4k (IIRC). I was ~this~ close to sending you a link to it on Twitter, however I don’t know the rules of engagement when it comes to Parsh.
I am seeing Porsche 996. This is not a bad thing.
I’m trying to shoot for the middle ground of Harbor Freight and Rigid; I saved the Honda from the junkyard so it’s nothing special and was hilariously cheap. Thanks for the feedback.
