A Trademark registration doesn’t mean no one else can use a term period, it has to do with use in commerce in connection with the goods and services she applied for (here, roughly, paper products, clothes, retail services, and entertainment services). And even then, you still have fair use exceptions.

I’m... kind of okay with this? It’s her name. If people are trying to make money off her name without her getting a cut, that’s wrong. For better a worse, she has a brand and she needs to protect it.
