Cowboy Bebop had a thing for characters with impossibly multicultural names, there is an episode with a female trucker named Victoria Terpsichore, with a late husband named Ural.And let’s not forgot Ed’s alias “Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivruski IV” while her real name is Françoise Appledelhi.

One of the odd things about this show is that there’s been several interviews about it, and no one’s asked the #1 important question: what are they doing with the music? It’s not Bebop without that jazz soundtrack but I could see Netflix not being keen on it and wanting something more commercial.

Fighting games are caught in a vicious feedback loop - over the years they’ve built up a following that is almost entirely composed of awful trash people, and so to compete within the genre, they have to cater to awful trash people.

There is no way that there are 70 episodes of Voyager that are even watchable, much less “must watch.”
