These people were clearly never told “only boring people get bored” when they were kids. Also they need attention like they need air. Jesus. Influencers and celebrities are in a tie for folks who are desperate for attention in these trying times. Frankly I hope they all learn a lesson about doing way too much for very

These kids are in their 20s.”

How many American babies born during this pandemic will be named Rona (or worse yet: 'Rona)?

Instead of human sacrifice, do you think the COVID-19 gods will be willing to accept a ban on all things Kardashian? It’s worth a try...

They sure cant beat your landlord. Living rent free in your mama’s basement like a king!

I wasn’t a huge 1D fan because I am an Old but I've really enjoyed listening to all of the solo stuff that has been put out. I like Niall the best of the group. I've had this album on repeat since it came out and I'm pretty happy with it. Dear Patience is probably my favorite.

There are actually good and reasonable landlords, often times private owners with only a few properties are this type of landlord. Unlike corporations that don’t take anything into consideration. If they’re bad landlords and you have proof then sure call them out for it. Having invested in property with rental units al

I don’t get the blanket outrage for people being landlords. Are they good landlords? Do they take care of the property? Do they offer reasonable rental rates comparable to similar properties? Do they keep rent increases limited? Then what’s the problem with making an investment that provides a decent place to live?

My niece rents from a landlord who is property rich and has a limited income. He has told her he’s sorry she and her husband have both been laid off however the rent is still due.

Amen - there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the Bell-Shepards owning some apartments. In fact, as rental housing stock in LA goes, you’re much better off having a celebrity couple like them for landlords (they’ll fix things, if only to avoid bad press) than some real estate investment ghoul like Steve Mnuchin who

Probably because so much of what passes for being progressive online is taking ideologically sexy but wildly unrealistic positions and then shitting all over people who don’t match those positions 100%

Shes probably pissed her landlord won’t and is taking it out on them.

Agreed. Most people would not have a place to without rental properties. Slumlords are bad but anybody trying make an honest living renting out home or apartments are not the bad guys.

I’m not sure if Joan is attempting to be an agent provocateur or if she truly believes it’s wrong for anyone to own property and charge rent. Nevertheless, I don’t think we can all agree that accumulating rental profit from the wages of people likely making far, far less than you is at best a tad questionable.

Yeah I thought that was really weird to have here. They took the step when so many corporate landlords aren’t doing shit.  Like why are they being called out here?

I have no issues with Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard owning a building and I think they’re being really good landlords by not charging rent for April. It’s decent and I wish my apartment complex would do the same.

I’m not sure I buy that article as a counterpoint to the possibility of great literature coming out of this period. Writers (male and female) have often written successfully under adversity, including poverty, limited available materials, persecution, imprisonment, and worse. Even among the three I named, Defoe spent

The Goopstress is a dumbass, but she’s not wrong. Some impressive literature has come out of plague eras.

That’s not Madonna, that’s, like, an Asian Lil Kim impersonator doing an impression of Madonna.
