Why does the AV Club always insist on picking the lowest hanging fruit possible?

Imagine the rich and complex inner lives of the kind of people who are still raging about a solid B+ superhero movie 4 months later.

If she was really interested in her education, she could find a good community college, do well there and transfer to a university after a couple of years. I’m guessing that won’t happen.

You know, I’m not much for a monarchy, but if she pulled that Queen card out and said, oh, sorry, just you, Melania and Barron. The other kids are having lunch with the Duchess of Kent.  She’s more their kind of people, and I would have said no to you, but, you know, I was told I had to. 

This just reinforces the belief, amongst themselves and the most deranged of their followers, that they’re the Royal Family of the United States.

The one American in the British Royal Family had declined to meet the president. That says it all.

Why on earth would anyone want to rate this PG-13? I have a hard time imagining very many preteens and teens wanting to see a movie about a rock icon from their parents’ and grandparents’ eras.  

I saw an article (can’t remember where) comparing Trump to a sumo and I thought “Because he’s a fatass and wears a diaper?” Rather harsh towards the sumo though, they have to work hard for what they do.

Japan thinks that by kissing up to him, they’ll get treated kindly by the USA. They don’t understand he’s a bully and will insult them and treat them like shit unless he gets exactly what he wants, moreso because he has dementia. Leading up to this, he was threatening them with tariffs on their cars. They hope this…

Former neighbor works as an interpreter for US officials. Because he is fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin, he gets quite a few gigs.
