My reasonable inference is that I’m dealing with a troll who thinks they can state assumptions as fact. Please don’t go into journalism.

“calf gets separated from mother in South Africa”
I see this issue now: you wanted to make a point about the author so you made a number of assumptions to allow you to try and make your point, but that brain-filled head of yours stretched it too far. For example:
Yeah, as I said: “...crosses the border of 2 of those countries, and is directly on the border of another.”
Yeah, reading is fundamental, but reading comprehension is also fundamental. The statement was: “...a baby wildebeest that started chasing a blue Hyundai Tucson after it was separated from its herd in Africa.”
And they also have borders! The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, where this video was shot, crosses the border of 2 of those countries, and is directly on the border of another. Since it is unclear which of those three countries the animal was in when it was separated from the herd, it makes perfect sense as reported…
I had a buddy buy a smart Fortwo (because he didn’t take me car shopping) and when I explained to him where the name “smart” came from, I could see the buyer’s remorse flood over him.
Good gas mileage, though.
“It’s essentially an $1,800 dealer-performed ECU reflash that cranks the T6 engine to a claimed 330 hp (from 316 hp) and 325 lb-ft of torque (from 295 lb-ft).”
Here’s one “safety” study:
Here’s the “safer” study:
Generally had the same experience with the dealers in my town. They seemed to believe the hype and think they can get a markup on every one they sell. Might be time to switch to volume strategy. Alfa corporate did a crap job at the auto shows, too, having all of them locked so that you couldn’t actually sit in them.…
It’s not just the fact that the busses are hot, crowded, and (because the routes are so political) are not reflective of the actual travel path of where people live compared to where people work, but they are SLOW and ill-distributed. Put on top of that the City’s “traffic calming” measures, lane reduction projects,…
I think that might be a 1970 Super Bee. (Chargers had their dimples on the doors as opposed to the rear panel.)
Re: charging for unauthorized work: this is such a simple concept, but you’d be surprised how many places try it despite that being such poor, poor, practice.
Before I did my own work, I had a mechanic in my home town that I took my truck to for service. I was sure it needed some valve and timing work, maybe even a…
How did Hollywood green light a $260 million Transformers movie where they hang out with King Arthur, but this film hasn’t been made? 10/10 would watch just for Jeff Van Gundy’s physical comedy and creeping in the bushes outside KD’s place with binoculars.
But MUTCD (section 6, maybe) also has some catch-all language re: using additional channelizing devices at closer spacing as necessary near complex temporary traffic control areas, like intersections. (There also might be a cone under the nose of his car, which not surprise me, and would moot the whole issue.)
