GeForce now is cheap af comparatively.  It’ll grow into its market.  For now I have been on founders tier and paid nothing but have used it to play through Control.  My only gripe was no screenshots to show off the fancy lighting effects

Yep.  I bought Control and even though my pc can run it, it can’t run it with graphics maxed and Ray Tracing.  I bought the game specifically because I wanted to play it via geforce now

Yeah of all the mistakes, releasing in the same window as overwatch was probably the one that did the MOST damage (The marketing, Pitchford being Pitchford, weird monetization were others)

It was a pretty good game, not GREAT but definitely didn’t deserve to fail as hard as it did

Yep  They also had horrible marketing that called out overwatch even though the two are not very comparable games.  Like, don’t pick fights and lose goodwill.

Gonna get shit, but the difference is battleborn was actually a well made, charming, fun game. Crucible is design by committee no idea what it wants to be unfun mess. It's generic and bland and it plays like they couldn't decide whether to make a moba or yet another battle royale
