The best trick i ever learned for tofu is to cube it and then air fry the shit out of it. It turns into amazing crispy tofu. You can do it unpressed and it’s still fine.

you can buy a sodastream, 20lb tank and connector hose for about 250$. It sounds like a lot but that’ll last you 3-6 months depending on consumption. Then refills range from 20-40 on the tank. Why anyone would pay for single serve bottles is beyond me
