Trump: “We are going to stop the tens of thousands of people coming in from Syria. We have no idea who they are, where they come from”

I disagree!

If there’s one thing we can agree on, it’s that rich people have too little voice in our elections. I can’t wait for random heirs and heiresses from across the country to tell me how to vote in my local election!

If Donald Trump wants to make the city streets safer, he and Dr. Carson should stay off of them.

“Within 24 to 48 hours I will get a call from the head of Ford and he will say, ‘Mr. President, we have decided we’re going to build our new plant in the United States.’ ... That’s 100% sure. ... They’re going to say, ‘We’re moving back. You want us to move to Michigan?’ And I’ll say, ‘Yeah.’”

Trump’s schtick is to constantly scare poorly educated white people. Reality simply not something he needs to consider.

Imagine how many jobs or severance packages could be fairly made to low-mid level employees that desperately need their jobs if the boys at the top were willing to donate a little out of their “ golden parachutes” when these situations arise. Especially since, whats a few million to people who may be clearing 20+ mill

This is the kind of heroism that literally every single American CEO should be capable of:

We are learning. We’re abandoning in droves the local and national print publications that do almost all of these long-lead deep-dive investigations. As they’re desperately transitioning to online publication, we’re gobbling them up, placing them under the management of owners with purely business interest and little

Why are you the screen door to bastion’s submarine?

this is the entire point of the media and journalism, to hold people’s feet to the fire. This is one case of journalism working exactly as it was intended to.

This doesn’t change anything until the states get on board. You may have noticed that the stock prices didn’t drop to zero. Until that happens, the fight isn’t over.

As always, it took a journalist going undercover for the government to get embarrassed enough to actually address what had been going on all the time.

“Live Free or Die” is how it happened. As a New Englander, we don’t talk about New Hampshire. New Hampshire is the scary, libertarian, gun-loving, doomsday-prepping twin to Vermont’s folksy, hippie, intellectual hiker-farmer culture. It’s the South of the North. It’s the Florida of the Northeast.

1) People need to stop thinking housing is an investment. It can be, but it should primarily be a place to live.

Yeah but a person can be unhappy, and not be an asshole. This is their problem, not the trailer’s. Move if you don’t like it.

That’s what HOAs are for. If you can’t stand the sight of a well-kept, expensive trailer in someone’s driveway, you should make your largest investment in a neighborhood where the HOAs motto is: “Absolutely no fun allowed, whatsoever!”

I made the mistake of reading the comments on that article last night and am honestly still sort of amazed by how many people really, truly do believe - despite proof - that voter fraud is a huge issue (and also that Hillary somehow rigged the primaries and is rigging the election. Also isn’t it ironic that this rage

I’m really starting to get worried that this sort of talk is going to incite violence on election night. Because when he loses, the portion of ABSOLUTELY INSANE society that he has legitimized and riled up will be absolutely irrevocably convinced that the world has ended and they’re therefore free to go on shooting
