I'd agree more if I didn't love that song to death. But being able to hear the actual dialogue would have been great, too. I think a couple of the jokes are great in the episode, but out of context, it's like hearing the punchline without the setup.

Pretty much any song from the Gamera movies. Their original rendition of the theme, their singing of the actual theme, that bicycle song from the third movie, all gold.

I think this version of Freeze works so well that he is the quintessential example of an anti-villain. He hurts people, he steals, he does all the usual villain routines, but his story, despite the usual "a random assortment of chemicals alters the body because SCIENCE" comicbook shenanigans, is so believable. Batman Beyond was an anomaly in and of itself. "Let's make Bruce old and replace him with a new, hip kid." Considering its premise, it has no right to be as good as it was. But I think it shows that with good writing, anything can work.

You're doing what is expected: "If you don't know what to say, quote the Simpsons. It will somehow be relevant."

If spambots become sentient, I'd be more worried about them hitting on me rather than killing me, what with their endless supply of viagra and "enhancements."

I'd say in general, we DON'T know anything about the Joker, still. I'm not even sure the Joker knows about himself.

Basically, Splinter Cells 1-3 were slow paced games. People compared it to Metal Gear Solid, because two games about stealth HAVE to be similar, right? But MGS at least allowed you to have the option of running and gunning. Snake can hold his own in a firefight. Fisher really can't, at least not as well.
