were the moon dragons the same creatures as from that one ep of rebels where sabine and hera were trapped in the old clone base, the ones that were afraid of light?
wrecker his the side of his head on the safety bar during the crash, the same side of his head where the chip is located...
since they were probably coming up with some of the ideas as they went, they probably had to do it that way to get the story pieces where they wanted without doing a bunch of retcons.
nobody hates star wars as much as star wars fans...
haha, sort of like how “galaxy quest” is my second favorite star trek movie.
this is one reason why I liked Solo, it was mostly light and fun and very star wars to me.
the scene in rebels where he fights ahsoka in the sith temple ruin and they change back and forth between lanter and james earl jones is super haunting.
when his kids were like “hey what’s this dust all over you?” and he freaks out...
yeah but licas made anikin into a chosen one fathered wither by palpatine himself or the force through the midichlorians, so not exactly a random backwater slave kid.
i dont think it ruins the scene. those texts are old, from before the jedi grew weak and corrupt. the scene with yoda was for luke’s benefit, to help him reestablish his connections and restore his faith in the force, at least to me, so rey saving the books wasn’t really important to it.
i just downloaded the original battlefront 2, it’s so awesome i wish the new one was closer to it.

it also would have jibed with the notion that he jedi have gotten too arrogant and their ability to use the force was waning. when yoda says that line to mace it could have been directed right at him, that would have been good to also show division in the ranks of the council.
the lightsaber fight at the end of Clones was soooo bad compared to duel of the fates and obi-wan v. anakin. they didn’t even try to choreograph something interesting and then it’s just green blur yoda jumping around.
this also probably helped influence mayfeld’s decision to blow the whole place at the end as well.
bad luck
they could bring in another filoni character, kanan jarrus, for that.
also their main enemy was each other. they fought amongst themselves as often as against outsiders.
in the last jedi you can see the original symbol for the jedi is a person meditating and it is split into light and dark sides. they were never supposed to repress their emotions, it was some kind of dogmatic shift that happened that moved them away from the original teachings. in think that’s why there always seems…
