I’m just going to take each one at face value. Who am I to deny someone’s deeply weird, relentlessly-pursued, likely sexually-driven hobby?

Well, America is a big joke to the world, but not so much the world itself. We are not all quite THAT crazy. Most western countries don’t place guns over the lives of their children, or protect hate-speech under “freedom of Speech” laws... that’s all you America.
