More than likely will be a fiat badged product and don't look for something near that pretty either :(
Testing usability in stop and go traffic. Seems like a perfectly good place to do a little pre-production advertising to your clientele.
Ha, I see we share C&D reading habits.
Well, if you look at the C&D review of like six full EVs a few issues back you'll notice they actually commended the Spark for looking like it was designed to be an electric car and not some kind of conversion. GM is already got some idea of how to do it successfully, they just need to make it worth the price while…
Honestly I am so tired of this argument. Think of it as if we did them a solid and extended them a loan, one that they would now get to pay back in the form of taxes on revenue THAT WOULDN'T EXIST HAD THEY GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. Seriously, the government spends 10.5 billion propping up an iconic company (arguably…
On this day in 1941, the American automaker Henry Ford sits down at his desk in Dearborn, Michigan and writes a letter to the Indian nationalist leader Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. The letter effusively praises Gandhi and his campaign of civil disobedience aimed at forcing the British colonial government out of India.
Um sure, because tube frame chassis are as old as dirt and that's all that NASCAR has become. The Caterham's are "streetable" *cough* racecars, they can handle that power as long as the driver can. That would be like saying the Atom has too much power when in reality the two cars in principle aren't that different…
I think what we're all missing here as well in this picture is that the S3 won't be available as a wagon in the US either :(
There is a BMW 2 series mule rolling around near Santa Barbara, CA for some reason. I couldn't tell if there was anything special about it but it was still wearing it's camo. It did make a nice burble when rolling by.
It might have only been a system that checks your fluid levels, but that's pretty much the birth of the on-board diagnostics you find in all modern cars. Just don't think about what happened to that inline-six when this early system malfunctioned.
Um, yeah, name another actor who is truly passionate about cars, is arguably A-list, definitely B, and actually desires to race and push the car and themselves to the limit and not just for shits and giggles. Maybe Eric Bana? Even then Dempsey has said that he got his inspiration to succeed from these guys.
Insurance premiums for the 924 is not actually out of the realm of attainable. They're still a VW under the skin.
I still have an 83 c-20! My dad and I rebuilt the engine from the bottom up when it had an indeterminate amount of miles on it. (It used to be a farm truck so honestly who knows with those stupid 5 digit odos) We rebuilt the engine, made the huge mistake of putting flashy chrome bolts on the exposed bits. 20000…
Well supposedly the late model 924 wasn't that bad reliability-wise, if well taken care of of course. However, pretty much everything is "reliable" when well taken care of.
