Might want to put a Jimny hat on that.

We want steelies because we can’t get them anymore. It’s that simple.

Steadying his massive elephant rifle against a well positioned rock, the ‘Housing and Zoning Inspector’ for Troy Michigan, calmly emptied his entire stockpile of high-powered ammunition into the engine block of the “Excursion” Jeep.

Idealistic, can’t even do this with guns...

WAIT????

It REALLY needs an Avalanche style pass through. All the drywall enthusiasts on here would lose it.

Oh god. (karate chops a gong)

Do people get the subtlety of tying a cherry stem in the age of PH and OF. You should probably just practice pulling a whole corndog off a stick or something.

“A PROUD Texan would just shoot them bees”

As a native Texan, the only people who can claim to be a “Proud” Texan are some kind of piece of shit or another. There ain’t nothing going on here to be proud of right now.

“clueless, hueless and now-swimming pool-less” and “Gentrifier from the block”....

There’s no business case for a massive investment in ore processing when China already has such a dominant market position and a clear cost advantage. It’s the same reason most <insert product here> are made in China. They have the infrastructure, the workforce, business friendly regs etc. Makes no sense to do it

OSHA and waste management. The chemistry and logistics of processing is easy. Putting people near that stuff and dealing with the byproducts is financially crippling in the USofA. China has an ample supply of land, coordinated government investment, and a cheap, renewable workforce that can’t complain.

If I made SIGNIFICANTLY more money than I do now, absolutely.

Remember when Tesla had no track record?  They still sold cars.

They have a ton of support from big players, so I think they’ll be fine. The Ford partnership will only help on the passenger side, and the Amazon support means they’re likely do be able to use their delivery van business as a strong basis to work off.

Tesla beat legacy automakers to market. These guys... mostly wont. So, they’re likely screwed.

Oh, it’s fine.  If David Tracy collected bridges instead of Jeeps it wouldn’t even be close to shitty enough for him to consider buying it.
