Yet another example of how the stock market ruins a business. It’s not enough that they have hundreds of millions of subscribers and generate tens of billions of dollars in revenue. No, they must have constant growth to please the investors.

The Model S is an important car because it popularized electric vehicles. But if you take the propulsion method out of the equation, it isn’t a great car compared to its peers. There are and have always been plenty of expensive luxury sedans that are faster than anyone could ever need to be.

This is bad take. The ELR was a fine car that was priced stupidly. That doesn't make it a bad car. There was a while where you could get a great deal on these on the used market. 

Legal consequences and morality aside, I just can’t imagine being so mad at someone that I’d give myself a body shop bill over it.

The road rage was really bad when I was in New York a couple weeks ago. I mean, I expect New York drivers to be a bit aggressive - especially cabbies and rideshare drivers. But it seemed more pronounced than during other recent visits.

That’s a different chain. I’m not familiar with them, but Kwik Trip has cult status in Wisconsin. Kwik Star is what they go by in Iowa, but I don't know that they are as good or as popular.

While I've never heard this. I suppose that may be the "official" reason given by the church. But I think it's more likely that they simply co-opted long-standing celebrations of the winter solstice in order to make conversion more palatable to pagans.
