Sure. But compared to the Model 3, it’s still more affordable. A loaded Polestar 2 costs about the same out the door as a Model 3 Long Range AWD with Autopilot. They have similar acceleration numbers, and the Tesla has a significant range advantage.

No more roasts!?

I would echo the beginning of that statement, but perhaps not the conclusion. I graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. My first job was as an IT project manager for a large software company. I sucked at it because I just wasn’t organized or experienced enough to manage the customer and the

The convertible entry sounds just like my dad. He has never owned a convertible, but he is dead certain that, were he to get one, the soft top would immediately attract cigarette burns and knife slashes. Mind you, he lives in a quiet little country subdivision just outside of a town of 12k people. Vandalism is not

“Civic Sis are easier to find, but usually have mileage in the seven-to-eight digit range.”

2 Fast 2 Morbius?

The rounded edges of the Integra are exactly what I want in a daily driver, and what most people shopping in this segment are looking for. Yes, Acura is leveraging the nostalgia that comes along with the name, but they’d be burning money if they made a car strictly for the tuners. The new Civic interior certainly

Honestly, that glass vent thing looks kind of ugly and half-assed. I’d much rather just have the painted trident shown here. But what I think doesn't matter, as it will be several years yet before I can consider buying something like this.

This always confuses me a bit, too. 5 years ago, I helped my mom shop for a new car to replace her aging Honda Pilot. When she got the Pilot in 2008, my sister was still in high school and was just learning how to drive. Mom regularly carted her around, along with all her friends, her softball equipment, etc. Come

I had a Stinger for a few years. It is surprisingly practical. I had no problem with making Costco runs, schlepping my dogs around, throwing suitcases in the back, etc. Mine had AWD, and I bought winter tires for it, and it didn’t blink an eye at Wisconsin winters. About the only time I might have wanted a crossover

The cargo space is really the only advantage to CUVs, and I don’t need more than a hatchback or midsized sedan provides very often.

I had a leased 2019 Stinger Premium (base engine, AWD, all the nice bits inside). I sold it for a profit before my lease was up, but I kind of regret doing so every time I see one (and I'm oddly seeing a lot more of them now). I really wish I could go out and get a GT right now, but I have goals that don't involve a

Can't pay most real doctors to convince your wife to throat you 4 times a week.

Again, this was a brand new Prius and I drove it about 3 months ago. I’m not sure where you guys keep getting the idea that this is some ancient grudge I’m holding.

As mentioned elsewhere, it was a 2022 dealer loaner with very few miles on it. Nice try, though.

Actually, yes, it was much worse. Considering I had the loaner because my 22 Corolla hatch was getting some work done, I'd say I had a pretty solid basis for that exact comparison.

See, I couldn’t picture myself doing that with a Prius. I absolutely hated the sound that thing made, so wringing the engine out sounds like torture to me.

I will admit to praying pretty much zero attention to Infiniti over the past few years. But I think pretty much anything from Porsche qualifies as exotic.

That's fair. I'm not sure that's a huge improvement over the standard Q50 given the price and weight difference, but I'm sure it was a decent car.

You wouldn't consider a car that retailed for $150k exotic?
