It wouldn’t be good, but it’d be better without the shiny on it.
God forgive me, but I’d 100% buy either of those DemonSmiley BMWs.
Not mine but this is the perfect use.
The people most nostalgic for the ‘80s weren’t around in the ‘80s. They’re teenagers who watched Stranger Things and heard a synthwave mixtape.
But how will characters in a girl’s night comedy celebrate being in the big city? Are they expected to stand up and drink champagne and woo out of the sunroof of a Kia Sorento?
You seem to suggest that a legitimate government can't pass any safety laws. You can't drive around in a car with the brakes removed either. Is that tyrannical as well?
I see that you don’t mind arguing using the slippery slope fallacy. Possibly some strawman as well. Is that what you were going for?
I’m a #notallhumans quasi-libertarian-leaning ACLU-supporting shlub harboring a deep-seated problem with authority and a general distrust of The Man in most situations.... but.... I dunno, man. This is a kind of get-tough-on-wanton-stupidity thing I could maybe get behind.
I don’t really understand the appeal of a stretch limo. I took a ride once for junior prom (is that still a thing?) years ago and it was smelly, bouncy, crowded and everyone had to crawl—then fall—out of the car. Which meant all that dressing up was for nothing when you look like you’ve stepped out of a long clown…
Honestly I say good riddance. I’m not really opposed to limos, but the sheer size of some of them really is fucking ridiculous even by the standards of a car basically created for excess. If not an outright ban, then definitely more enforced standards for size and safety (re: brake systems and safety devices for…
But it does come with plenty of opportunities to stop and question specific demographics!
This makes about as much sense as an assault weapons ban.
Its New York the extra power will come with zero checks on that power.
We have vehicles designed from the ground up to carry 15+ people. Remanufactured stretch limos are unnecessary at least and dangerous at worst. People will complain, but really they should just get a party bus if they want a private party vehicle to hit the club in.
Hell yes, these things are so trashy anyway.
I’d spin it as a positive; something for everyone. If you like a high-revving NA motor, get the GT350 and spin it to the moon. If you prefer the broader power curve of a supercharger, get the GT500.

Fair enough.
