I’ve had a S5 Sportback for 22 months now, and my feedback on it:

Must be the picture. The center console sides are leather, the area around the shifter is a brushed aluminum and the trim is real carbon fiber. The cup holders are a soft touch plastic. Nothing cheap feeling anywhere and I am VERY picky about that kind of stuff. 

Honest question: what do you want it to be made of? Plugs, lighter, cup holders -- places where things are rubbed against/scratched/spilled/stained -- what’s going to stay looking newer the longest, if not plastic?

I don’t tip when Amazon, UPS, Fedex, or USPS delivers, so, honest question: what makes these drivers special?

The country has historically low unemployment rates. If an employee doesn’t like their job there are plenty of other opportunities out there.
