“And if you don’t know, now you know, Bobbio”

I just found out a week ago that my wife says “mines well” instead of “might as well.” I’m actually sort of impressed nobody has ever corrected her. Maybe that it took me this long to realize this is why nobody else has.

Well, that seems pretty cut-and-dry.

I didn’t realize this was Emma.

Can you show your work here? I don’t believe that’s true. A runner that reaches on an error would not be counted as an ER.

I disagree. While I understand your position, Runs and Earned Runs are both recorded. While ERA is the first place many folks look, a wide chasm between the two would be obvious.

To answer your question, intent. It’s clear that the batter is willingly giving himself up to advance the runner.

the frequency of errors was horrendous, being committed by all kinds of jamokes who probably had no business being anywhere near a baseball field

Yea, a little mystified by everyone’s ability to cast judgement on a routine through reading a second-hand account of the jokes told.

It’s in the first one as well.

The judge likely went this route because it was brought up as a defense or request for leniency. It’s not like she just has a hard on for excoriating women and their social media use as some commenters seem to be suggesting.

Pretty sure the Judge brought this up because it was used as a defense of her actions in an attempt to get some form of leniency. Judge wasn’t having it.

He’ll be fine with his daughter being an extreme cokehead IF (and I repeat, ONLY IF) she does it in a body-positive way

Add in Edward Norton for both sides of spectrum (Fight Club and American History X).

And while it’s true that some roles require intensive, physical transformations, it seems like men are rarely asked about prepping their physique for movies at the same rate women are.

I do a longer commute that involves a straight shot on the subway/metro. WAY less stressful than driving and I can read pretty much the whole way. It’s so much better.

I think the implication was that you could just ask your dentist, not that you needed to drop your dentist. Although, your quick trigger on the defensive DOES raise more questions...

“Remind me. Top shelf or rail, which is the good one?”
