Oh, this is where we talk about the remake? Gather round folks (sorry beema).

Thank you, I really enjoyed this.

This will probably feel like a completely new game, so you might as well play the old one. Also, it will definitely not be released in this decade.

I'm a total idiot, because I keep chasing that dragon even though I haven't enjoyed a JRPG since sometime around 2001.

"scum", isn't that a little harsh?

If I recall, a fellow gameologerino's wife (don't remember who's) was very disappointed that her Solas-romance had no bearing on the events of Trespasser.

I'm so torn on whether to give Xenoblade (the last one for Wii/New 3DS) a shot. I initially discarded it as just your average run of the mill blah JRPG, but a persuasive minority claim it's like the best game ever.

*pushes up glasses* Hermione never actually changes the past. The device allows her to be in two places at once, but it's all stable time loops.

I thought Braid was hard too, but I'm hoping this might be a meditative experience even if you don't figure everything out. Kind of like Fez.

Let the record show that I also don't get the joke.
EDIT: the new Fallout game maybe?

The Witcher 3. I’ve been playing this since release, it just won’t end. I’m not even doing a lot of optional quests. I thought the battle at Kaer Morhen would wrap things up, but now I’m back farting around in Novigrad (someone mentioned this last week, but it was weird when Ciri was like ”let’s sneak up on the wild

Yeah, the "I can see Russia from my house" line for instance got stuck in people's memories as something Palin actually said (I think. I have no data to back this up).

That makes sense. I guess I just doubt weather I'll be able to connect with others when I'm half-way through. I guess there are distinct "levels" so that progress between players can easily be compared.

I really want to play Triforce Heroes, but I have no friends… (well, no like-minded friends anyway). Does anyone know how the online mode works - like is it easy to just find people and continue together for a while (a la Journey)?

Nooo, don't skip the fourth one! The plot is a little thin but the action set pieces are amazing (except for one starring Jeremy Renner who was allegedly slated to replace Cruise at one point).

New Radicals "You Only Get What You Give" for your quirkier films.

I think maybe 10? Maybe I've been doing too many side ops (also I fail a lot, making things a little slow).

I suck too. This game has a "chicken mode" that will prevent enemies from seeing you up to three times after having failed a mission.

Well, I agree about the pacing complaint. I'm about 15-20 hours in and I'm starting to find it pretty tedious. Nothing is happening. Every time you head out for a new mission or side op it takes forever to get there. The cassette tapes have been underwhelming so far.

I only kind of skimmed this for fear of spoilers. I'm listening to the audiobook right now and finding it enormously entertaining (not everything works for me to listen to, sometimes my mind just wanders even with very good books, like most recently Wolf Hall). Minor complaint: when two German characters in Germany
