I’m 33 and legitimately thought I was the only person on Earth who did this, and have always been extremely self-conscious about it. I have never heard the term gleeking before this thread. How did this happen? I feel like that Gawker guy who never ate pudding or whatever.

“That’s not how you play hide the cigar...”

I’m pretty sure somebody slipped me a mickey or spit out their gum in my drank or some such despicable act...

I was fortunate enough to nab tickets to the UEFA Championship game at Wembley between Man U and Barcelona a few years ago. My 11 year old son was a huge Barca fan but we were seated next to some loud, drunk Man U fans who spent the first 15 minutes screaming “MESSI - YOU FUCKING CUNT!”

How common is shit like this anymore? I’m a Liverpool fan, and my girlfriend is an Everton fan. We’re planning on taking a trip across the pond for Derby in the fall, but I feel like I still see/hear/read about these little bits of hooliganism way more than I should. Now, there’s bound to be a bit of George Gerbner’s

Seriously, man. Never seen the guy so, SO fucking fired up. Not against Everton, not for England.

I think Ings could be a very useful contributer next season. Different skill set but similar to Lallana in the sense of “will run his ass off pressing if you ask him to”.

Just check out Dahoud. He’s Emre Can from another mother.(Plus they share the same agent)

I really hope they give benteke until the january window to show his stuff. It’s been a difficult transition but he’s been ok not his usual self.I’ve often said I firmly believe he’s been playing hurt and finally was given a chance to actually let his knee heal with the emergence of origi. I love the idea next year of

Left back: Jonas Hector/ Ben Chilwell

Confirmation bias and all that, but Liverpool absolutely dismantled Villareal today. And fuck Roberto Soldado to the end of the Earth.

A lot of managers could have led that Bayern team to the league title the last three years.

Part of his failure was not bringing in adequate replacements for the ageing Robben and Ribery. When Bayern last won the CL those two were at their peaks. Now that they’ve aged and suffered various injuries (Robben has always been injury prone) Bayern has lacked their explosiveness from the wings. Pep should have seen

Walks will set you free.

Invasive medical procedures? Like cut him open and count the rings? They tried that shit with Tree Rollins and he wasn’t having it, man.

Happens all the time in the UK. Asylum seekers arrive with no paperwork and it is in their interest to say their 8 year old kid is 5 years old as they will get child benefit and tax credits for an extra 3 years. They maybe have had a tough start in life and the kid maybe looks 5. However after a few years of decent

Is an age disparity this large common? Seems like an outlier, but then again I know literally nothing about it.

I’m a Liverpool fan but I agree. They’ve played really well at times this season, and much, much better than they showed yesterday.

I would have taken 1-0 and no injury to Origi. Good luck to the lad.

Strongly disagree with Drew’s assessment of zoo trips with the kids. It’s virtually line-free. You go at your own pace, so you can stare at the gorillas for an hour if you want, and breeze through the Bird House like it’s the women’s wing of the basketball hall of fame. There are places to sit and chill everywhere.
