Again...

I endorse this. Over the Nex 9 I think because my personal experience with that thing was pretty poor.

The tablet for folks with low expectations.

Still love my Nexus 9. That thing is awesome.

By the way, people who see this comment, if you don't know what necrotizing fasciitis is, don't do an image search for it unless you're prepared to see a lot of dead flesh still attached to people. I just wanted to throw that warning out there.

So it's not really 8 general processing cores. Usually what these new chips do is they divide the tasks at the chip level. So one core is juuuust for the camera module. Another core is juuuust for the digitizer/touchscreen. So really I think only 2 or 4 cores are left for general purpose processing.

How many phones out there are designed to be repaired? Very, very few.

i mean...only half of the movie is Japanese influenced....why on earth would there be japanese imagery?

Because it's creepy as shit, yo.

A similar vase was produced for Queen Elizabeth's silver jubilee in 1977, showing the Queen and Prince Phillip. Bonus: go watch more Grand Illusions videos. He's a hoot!

Those Yahoo! avatars still creep me out.

Not my first but certainly my most infamous. It was taken in some sort of hands-on kids museum type thing in Toronto when I was there for a trip in college in I think 2008? 2009? I liked it because it is an outwardly horrible picture, and when you use a obviously horrible picture, no one can assault it for being dumb

The most offensive part of all this is that it's powered by a Proprietary Plug instead of just USB. If it was just USB it'd make sense, but it's not. It's some crap you have to buy from Nintendo for $12-25 depending on where you live and it's a part that costs them probably less than $2 to manufacture. It's not a cost

Well, Nintendo, my money waits for the standard one. When NoA decides they want it they know how to get it. I know from past experience they have made some very questionable decisions that don't really seem to benefit the company. For me this is an unfortunate decision and one I am not happy about. I have a really

I was in Park City in '99 and at that point my understanding was that there we no actual bars. There were Mormon membership clubs where members could drink while listening to religious passages read out loud by the bar tender, a few places that had the booze with food rules and we wound up, one night, at an illegal,

Bingo.

The FCC does not 'love to censor' and they don't censor anyone. They levy fines for violating the Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act (and even then, only when they receive citizen complaints), but they have no power beyond levying fines to do anything... and even then, they can only do that for over-the-air broadcasts.

The FCC loves to censor. They've been annoying broadcast TV and radio for decades. Inviting them to "regulate" the free-wheeling internet is to invite what has already happened in the UK: censorship in the name of protecting the children. Fuck that. Get the FCC out of the censorship business altogether first and
