It’s annoying because those things used to be separate. Look at GTAV — you have an entire solo campaign that you can fully enjoy and is a full-priced experience, and then there’s GTA Online (which is a separate thing now but used to be part of GTAV). Each is their own thing, and is a full experience for those that

You either die a hero or live long enough to make DC's version of Marvel's Avengers.

My understanding was that the mob of people were actual humans infected with the nanites or whatever they call the doohickies that allow computers to control human beings.

The treatment FF7R got was better than what you’re calling VIP treatment.

It’d be fine if they had their own storefront but then gave you a steam/gog/epic key but no, they always need to go the extra mile with their crap.

I can’t speak to Balan Wonderland, but I agree ME:A is not as bad as everyone initially felt. Plus, I felt the combat in Andromeda was better than in the original three. That being said, I actually dig Peebee (so my opinion may not be worth much to most).

Every gamer...

Honestly, I'm mainly playing on PC and haven't even had too many issues. A few crashes in Portal when I go into weapon customization, 1 or 2 main game crashes and one match where I couldn't choose a load out, and a bunch of smaller glitches, but considering I've played dozens of games at least, that's not too bad. But

Without piling on and also stating that I’ve had some fun with 2042: DICE forgot a whole bunch of things that probably should be in the game. Eager to see what their first statements post-launch will be about the state of the game.

maybe the experience on PC is horrible but so far on console there hasn’t been as many bugs. There is A LOT they can improve on, and a bunch of features that should have been left in from older games (seriously, no marksman bonus to know the distance of your snipes???), but playing with friends has been funny as fuck.

I really enjoyed this game’s story. For all the jokes about it being knock-off brand Avengers, it really did a good job of making the characters its own and coming up with a novel take on the universe.

Honestly I shouldn’t have bought the Gold Version of the game but I wanted to see how much it improved over the beta and I was already planning on getting the season pass when it launched so why not. Honestly I had a good time the couple of days I played it. My only gripe about it was the players using portal to

I really don’t put much stock in toxic gamers in a toxic game genre review bombing a game that is a rival to one of the premiere toxic game franchises on the market. I’m sure there are problems with Battlefield — and there might even be a lot of problems — but I’m also sure it’s not as bad as hyperbolic user reviews

I have no idea what people are doing to their computers because this game runs quite great for me. My feeling on PC users complaining that a game runs poorly on their system is it means nothing - it’s equally likely somebody has dropped a rotting carcass in their PCs engine bay a few years ago and forgotten about it

Consensus on whether a franchise installment is “good” or “bad” is simply a function of the weather. The internet looks around at each other and everyone nervously asks, “Are we okaying this one or shitting on it?” and then they pick one and the collective mind takes over.

As someone who plays the series I'm left scratching my head on this. The game runs screaming fast on our 3 year old graphics card, very few launch issues for me, tons of unlocks I'm chasing at 60 hours of playtime and I haven't even touched hazard or portal.

This fucking guy.

This was interesting and very thorough. Well written, and good luck with bad faith bullshit that’s sure to come your way.

Heck yes, I love this ludicrous nonsense show. Good on you, Netflix!
