you’re right, they had to get a widely-available, well-paying and benefitted middle class job right out of college (or high school!) and save for a few years. the poor babies.

They surely may be cheaper, but they’re harder to get into because the banks no longer want to take the risks they did before.

Yup. Makes houses cheaper. Yet, still not cheap enough to make up for the eroded purchasing power stagnant wages have created nor cheap enough to make up for the fact that there are no jobs.

Millennials are of basically two cohorts. The ones who remember VHS tapes and dial up internet and the ones who don’t. I think that is the biggest divide. Think about it. The youngest millennials have never had to actively search for porn, seen TLR, or any of the other arbitrary things I use to describe my sub-cohort…
