...huh.

Well I’m not sure this is cooler, but I’m in the Philippines right now and I’ve seen a bunch of people dragging giant crosses around whole others self-flaggelate themselves bloody for literally all the daylight hours on good Friday.

We can’t even do fireworks right, so I’m gunna say it’s because some of us are not very bright.

Mexicans know how to celebrate. They do not fuck around.

Agreed. They also do Day of the Dead better than we do Halloween (which used to be cool, before jumping the shark- I mean actually honoring your ancestors with a nice meal attached seems so civilized by comparison to the forced debauchery we currently aspire to here).

Mimosas and brunch could be greatly improved by some carefully-chosen immolation.

Oh brother...

Yassss girl. Good job taking that down one at a time. I didn’t have the patience.

The answer to your questions are:

They also were threatening the same thing when Arizona was contemplating a bill against brown people. It is good to see the NFL taking action, but it is sad that the prospect of losing the option to host a bowl is a bigger driving force than actually not being terrible.

The NFL: once every 347 times, we get something right!

A broken clock is still right twice a day....

“NFL policies emphasize tolerance and inclusiveness, and besides, customers is customers.”

Yeah, the fact that the NFL is against it means there’s something even shadier going on. Like a movie villain who you think is the good guy, fighting the bad guys with you, but then at the very end you find out they were the bad guy all along!! Damn you Roger Goodell.

Now if they could only hold their integrity on the otherside of things, like domestic abuse, arbitrary rules for marquee players facing suspension during prime time games, and acting carelessly in the off season...we may have a product worth supporting again

It’s like seeing a unicorn.

I feel so weird when the NFL does something right for a change.
