Yes. I was a producer for a small time dev, and our overlords had a bit of problem with pitching realistic timelines.. When we were in a crunch (which was often) I worked out my pay to be way less than minimum wage (converting salary to hourly) with all of the time I was putting in. We even had devs working 24-36

I’m a financial software developer and this is the main reason I went independent. Working 50 hour weeks and then being told I had to make up a doctor’s visit. No thanks.

This is definitely one of the many issues of the industry right now. When I used to work in game development I worked out my actual hourly rate during crunch time and found I was making about $10/hour. I’m so glad I now work in a non-games software job.

“Toyota” “may have” “used” the “wrong” “bolts”

It basically looks like every single BMW made these days

Tried to play Forza 6 online the other night, it was fucking asinine. Just a bunch of children running into each other. Zero fun at all.

You people are running without assists right? Haha for purists and stuff.

Fixed the caption there.

Dear sir, thank you for making my Monday morning a great one. As a owner of a black Evo IX, it’s great to see an article pop up on Jalopnik!

Well, yes, if you go back too far, things get muddy. Speaking of JK, the current Wrangler, they are vented to the atmosphere, but they are sealed below the fjording level. Sorry for the confusion in my response.

In my experience, it’s the intake that’s the limiting factor.

No, you’re not reading that correctly.

The “up to” refers to the water depth, not the maximum capability. This is part of the “Trail Rated” system. If you see the “Trail Rated” badge, then you can fjord water up to the depth listed.

Every single Wrangler, for instance, can fjord 30” of water right from the factory.

Even the Jeep Renegade is designed to fjord water up to 20” deep.

The Wrangler can handle 30”.

This is all in stock trim, BTW.

Yeah, I hope a judge dismisses this case in one second. It’s not like the Porsche made the driver go 40+ over the speed limit. And any vehicle going that speed hitting an object will look like a crumpled soda can.

The landscapes are super rad, but the cut-and-paste of the silhouettes is a bit distracting, no?

Salvage title from an auction with 200,000 miles on it. They do this shit with S classes too. Ballin on a budget yo.

If there’s one thing the comparison video illustrates, it’s that talented voice acting can’t elevate god-awful writing.
