I don’t know about anyone else, but if the temp gets even up to like 50 I start to smell my winters burning away which always makes me feel like I am literally burning money. That alone makes me want to change to summers/all seasons as soon as possible.

So I wouldn’t disagree with the general sentiment about the pettiness of local gov leadership. But my experience is that in general humans can be petty and insecure in leadership roles. I.E. I think it is very much NOT limited to small government but more of just a problem people have.

Completely agree. I own an 86 and for 90 percent of uses its just fine. It even works for decent home depot runs (8' stock just fits, though not crazy amounts of it).

No, I know that the 1% moniker refers to individuals. I was bringing up the 1% (individuals) because there is a rather large and lucrative industry that serves to shelter them from taxes and my thought is that Large Companies almost certainly do the same thing (shelter their money from taxes).

I live in PGH and run into them all the time —not once have I seen them stick out as driving poorly. They are everywhere lately too. Though as of yet I haven’t seen one in the tight neighborhood streets.
