I don’t understand this behavior at all. Why not just leave your dog at home when you go out? Then you don’t have to worry about this type of thing. I love my dog and he loves to go for car rides with me, but I have a strict drive-thru only policy when taking him out in my car because it’s just not right to leave him…

When I was in my 20s, I usually kept things pretty tidy down there. The amount of hair depended on whatever my date du jour preferred. Now that I’m in my 30s, I’m too lazy to do much of any grooming down there. Though every 6-12 months I do try to clear out the shrubbery so wild animals don’t nest in there.

What’s wrong with Navy Pier? Genuinely curious. I stayed in Chicago for a few weeks on business and visited Navy Pier out of boredom, but it was basically empty because it was freezing outside. Is it just the throngs of tourists?
