It’s one thing to enforce such a ridiculous requirement, but when you can’t even put in the same level of care to your own buildings, how can you reasonably expect your tenants to?  That apartment complex hardly looks like the Taj Mahal, come the hell on.

Wow. I’m super surprised to see my hometown in a Jalop article. Kinda cool, but for the wrong reasons I suppose.

Basically what this means is that the entire cellular infrastructure will need a significant improvement. mmWave equipment won’t be featured on the standard large macro towers you see now, they’ll need to be fitted to utility poles or light poles in order to minimize the reception degradation.

There is another significant problem with 5G that isn’t really discussed here. It’s sort of shown in the picture, but it has to do with the mmWave hardware.

Probably should replace the shocks on my ‘99 XJ. One of the bushings went out and it was replaced with some old HVAC hose. It works okay for now. I also have all new spark plug wires to put on, and I really hate that job. That 6th spark plug against the firewall sucks.

Yes, but you’d have to call it a Cadillac then.

You already know given your screen name I’m sure, but for those that don’t, airing down tires is common in the offroading world. Lots of people use tire deflators for this purpose, they even make some that you can adjust the PSI on so they go right to whatever PSI you want depending on the increment of the delfator.

Excellent idea!

So what would be the preferred method to removing a brine? Dunk in a bowl or something like that to prevent splashing?

Ralph Nader would like a word!

Gen 1 was great, but Gen 2 gave us the XT, which is still quite frankly one of the best looking smaller SUV’s ever made.

This thing looks extraordinarily clean, wow. I want it.

Hopefully I’ll be getting this for Christmas. What is the single player options like? It looks like a pretty cool party game, although the extra cards seem somewhat pricey.

So what oil is it really? I assume Amazon just struck a deal with some company to brand it as their own, like Kirkland or some of those others.

I’ve always wanted one, but they are increasingly more difficult to find in the US.

Rules? You mean amateur golf actually has rules you need to follow? I always assumed the only rule was 1 beer per hole.

What differences exist between the Isuzu Trooper and the Montero?

I wonder how apple cider instead of apple juice would work out?

I’m glad that most of the suggestions were older cars. Cars are largely disposable now, probably by design.

That tip jar looks incredibly precarious. Like what’s to prevent someone from grabbing it and taking off?
