But the best Martini livery was missed.

Only problem is her middle name is “Fghijk”.

Years ago me and a few friends got caught at a McDonalds making fun of a kid who had the last name of Cum spelled out on a sports jersey. The mother got really mad any yelled at us. I feel bad for that because it’s not like you can pick your last name.

Electric leaf blowers are the ones you really want to use for this. Gas powered leaf blowers can sometimes have very small amounts of oil in the air coming out and that all ends up on the paint.

Is there such as thing as a “food detective”? Like how does tracking down where the infected lettuce came from work?

So it turned out great! I used the buttermilk brine recipe almost to the letter, with black instead of white peppercorns (couldn’t find white). I also injected it with that Tony Creole’s garlic and herb thing. It brined for around 15 hours. I smoked it for 3-4 hours at around 275-300 degrees over pecan and cherrywood.

I’ve been getting the Plated food boxes for a month or so now and really enjoy them. Their recipes use scallions a lot, something I’ve never really used before. This is probably a stupid question, but besides cutting off the roots and a quick rinse, is there any other prep work? Am I supposed to remove the outer

I think there’s more to this story than what the video is showing. That hatch doesn’t look like something that fell apart during a rusty frame incident, it looks clean cut on either side.

This is a good point. The last time (IE the ONLY time) I’ve done this, it was two breasts with rib cage. I couldn’t find the boneless ones. It did have skin on it. I suppose this year is a boneless, although I haven’t seen it yet.

That’s the plan, although I typically end up at a higher temp smoke anyways (usually 250). I generally finish them in the oven for the last hour or so.

I am smoking a turkey breast this time and was planning on using the buttermilk brine you posted a week or so ago. I think at that low of a temperature it should be fine without tenting, maybe? I guess I’ll keep an eye on it and see how it does.

The Aztek has somehow aged very well. Once the plastic moved to body color, it actually worked. IMO it’s not the worst looking car out there, fight me haters!

Yeah that car is Dwight’s. That image is from the episode where Michael burns his foot on the George Foreman grill and Dwight crashes it driving to rescue him.

BFG AT’s are shit at clearing mud though. They turn into race slicks if you drive anywhere that isn’t dust or hard packed dirt.

Me too, so why not a Polaris Slingshot? I mean it’s really closer to a THIRD of the price used than a T-Rex. Sure it doesn’t look as good nor have the same build quality, but this isn’t supposed to be a show car.

Like every single one of them have sucked. I don’t get it. Dr. Doom is one of the most badass Marvel villains, and historically one of the most powerful. Sure the Fantastic Four are kinda goofy, but I don’t see how in the world they can’t make a good movie out of them.

I tried to sign up for this maybe a year ago, and couldn’t get the app to work and just gave up. Is it any better now?

I just bought the 12 piece MCP set, and I love it so far. Be warned, these are somewhat easy to scratch. I use Barkeepers Friend to keep them clean, and it seems to leave very faint scratches. It doesn’t really affect them any, but if you’re adamant that your pans stay scratchless, you’re gonna have a bad time.
